When i was a 16, I wish…
Twitter and Tumblr were around back in ‘07. When i was at my peak of everything McFly related.
Back when i first downloaded 5 colours In Her Hair and I’ll Be OK after seeing Just My Luck for the first time.
When i was first introduced to this “unknown four piece English band”
And after two weeks i had the entire discography.
Back when i would buy Top Of The Pops religiously just ‘cause they mentioned the boys in passing on one page and to get my hand on that ONE beautiful A4 poster. (It was the only source of McFly i had living in Australia)
Back when i could name every single Single of theirs in order of release date (yes, i did used to know every date), and then in order of what it entered at on the charts. - Then list off what other tracks were released with each song.
Back when Danny’s curly hair was a revolutionary movement in McFly’s history.
Back when i stayed up ‘til the AM on a school night watching McFly interviews that were 3 years old.
When i believed i would never love someone as i much loved those four boys.
When i screamed when i discoverd the Just My Luck album in a store here, and proceeded to buy three copies of Just My Luck (One for me, my sister and cousin)
When i knew everything about Busted, Son of Dork and V - Just because they had something to do with McFly.
Back when we didn’t really know who ‘Giovanna’ was or any of the GF’s.. Just guess work. Only to find out years later that they are some of the cutest and nicest girls out there.
When if back then i had the ability to follow their every move through 140 characters.. and not find out a week later through a 10min radio interview..
When i day dreamed about seeing them play live and what it would be like to actually meet and talk to these people who had slowly become my idols… Who had taught me to be myself no matter what.
Three marvelous years on and…
My dreams have come true. I’ve seen them play two shows (March 1st 08 in Sydney and March 8th 09 in Melbourne) even though I’m from Australia and the chances of that ever happening was slim to none.
I own every album, 4 of them signed…
and have amazing memories to last a lifetime.
They truly are the people who’ve made me the happiest i’ve ever felt. I owe them so much more than they will ever know. I love them. <3

I think you're totally right ( i mean about what some ppl said about him being a prick and stuff) i met doug and tom but i never met him, im like 19075876589732Y7352647386483722% sure he isnt as bad as ppl say he is...
I know, cmon just listen or watch any interview with him - he’s like one of the most laid back guys out there.
I doubt he would be prick or anything, i just think some people expect too much of them with like a 30second meeting haha.
